- Out Patient Department (OPD) services will be established for the Non Communicable Diseases(NCD) specially poor & vulnerable groups
- The selected areas will be focused : Diabetics Mellitus, COPD, Hypertension & Heart diseases, Cancer, Kidney diseases, Stroke etc.
- Primarily Screening & Primary management of the above mentioned diseases will be focused.
- Diagnostic services will be provided gradually.
- Community NCD screening will be introduced step by step
- Community Participation will be added for strengthening the services.
- Telemedicine services
- Technology Enabled Care will be integrated with OPD services specially EMR, EHR & Remote Patient Monitoring.
- Regarding Case Management WHO protocols will be followed.
- Specialized Hospital & Diagnostics services will be introduced in the long run.
